While the role includes responsibility for maintaining employer relationships, the focus is operational and service-driven rather than strategic account ownership. This position is designed for a professional who is comfortable navigating complex internal systems, managing service-heavy accounts, and building trust through responsiveness and follow-through.

- Follow up on leads, referrals, employer inquiries, campaigns, and event opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand employer participation in benefits, programs, and services.
- Support employer education, presentations, and business development activities.

Account Support & Execution
- Support employers through benefit adoption, onboarding, enrollment, and other account-related activities.
- Coordinate across internal teams to resolve employer needs and ensure a consistent experience.
- Maintain accurate account, outreach, opportunity, and follow-up activity in HubSpot.

- Act as a liaison between employers and internal teams including Business & Sales Development, Member Services, Operations, and Marketing.
- Share employer feedback, recurring challenges, and emerging needs to help improve processes and the employer experience.
- Contribute to team discussions around account strategy, employer engagement, and growth opportunities.
