Account manager/ Design Coordinator

Job Overview

GrowthPoint Outdoor Design provides professional outdoor design services for landscape and outdoor construction companies. We work directly with contractors to help them deliver high-quality designs and presentations to their clients.

We’re looking for an Account Manager / Design Coordinator who can serve as the primary point of contact between our contractor clients and our design team.

This is not just a traditional customer-service position. You’ll need to understand the outdoor construction industry well enough to confidently communicate with contractors about their projects, understand what they’re asking for, coordinate revisions with designers, and help keep projects moving.

A minimum of 2 years of professional outdoor construction experience is required. This could include landscape construction, hardscaping, outdoor living construction, landscape design, pool construction, or a closely related field.

What you'll be responsible for

• Onboard new members after they sign up
• Serve as a primary point of contact for contractor clients
• Coordinate projects between contractors and our lead designers
• Receive, clarify, and communicate design revision requests
• Conduct regular check-ins with monthly contractor clients
• Oversee client success and contractor communication
• Track member design usage and bill for additional designs when applicable
• Monitor project deadlines and communicate schedule updates
• Identify clients who may be at risk of canceling and proactively address concerns
• Help with trial conversions, renewals, and appropriate upsell opportunities
• Document important client conversations in GoHighLevel within 24 hours
• Help ensure designs and revisions accurately reflect contractor requests

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in outdoor construction or a closely related industry
• Working knowledge of landscape construction, hardscaping, outdoor living, landscape design, pools, or similar projects
• Experience in account management, client success, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role preferred
• Experience communicating directly with contractors, business owners, or B2B clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple clients, projects, deadlines, and conversations simultaneously
• Able to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision
• Comfortable working remotely
• Strong general computer and technology skills
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Meet

Nice to have

• Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project-management software
• Experience reviewing landscape plans or design presentations
• Experience with client retention and account growth
• Comfortable recording and documenting client calls
• Outgoing personality and comfortable speaking with contractors throughout the day

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
