Account Manager - ICT Solutions, Commercial Sector

Responsibilities:

• Perform direct sales and account management functions.
• Engage in regular lead-generation activities for new client development
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Product Marketing, Network Consulting, Systems Consulting, and Service Consulting) to align and position vertical solutions based on clients’ requirements.
• Work with consulting teams to develop business and technical differentiators
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure consistent client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Business Studies, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT or telecommunications industry.
• Result-driven and a strong team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
