Account Manager - Infra & Cyber-security

Our client:

A well-established business technology solutions provider in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Sales Consultant to develop client relationships and promote cybersecurity, infrastructure and managed IT solutions.

Your role:

• Build relationships with C-level executives to understand their IT infrastructure and cybersecurity needs
• Develop and execute sales strategies for cybersecurity, infrastructure and managed IT solutions
• Advise clients on risk mitigation, network, endpoint, software and cloud-related requirements
• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations and conduct solution demonstrations
• Drive customer growth, retention, market penetration and achievement of sales targets
• Collaborate with account managers, pre-sales teams and solution partners to close opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling IT solutions or managed IT services
• Exposure to cybersecurity, infrastructure or managed security services is an advantage
• Strong consultative selling, presentation and client relationship management skills
• Highly motivated, achievement-driven and customer-focused
• Good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
