Account Manager (IT)

Must Have:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Must have minimum of 3 years of solid experience as an Account Manager, with a focus on IT projects and business-as-usual (BAU) system enhancements. (Non-negotiable)
• Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role, with proven success in managing client relationships and delivering IT solutions. (Non-negotiable)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. (Non-negotiable)
• Proven experience in Project Management. (Non-negotiable)
• Must have experience in various project delivery frameworks (Waterfall and Agile). (Non-negotiable)
• Hands-on experience in IT project delivery, with successful delivery of at least one project in the role of Delivery Manager or Project Manager. (Non-negotiable)
• Experience with various project delivery frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile. (Non-negotiable)
• Experience in Contract Management, such as SOW, MA, MITA, and similar agreements. (Non-negotiable)
• Experience in presenting to stakeholders at various levels within an organization. (Non-negotiable)

Good to Have:

• Banking industry experience.
• Relevant certifications in Project Management, IT Management, or related fields.
