Job Summary

The Account Manager (IT Project Coordinator) manages IT projects and system requests from planning to completion. The role serves as the main point of contact between business teams and IT, ensuring projects support business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business and IT teams to align projects with business goals.
• Manage regular stakeholder meetings, project updates, and concerns.
• Lead the planning and scoping of new projects, system enhancements, and technology subscriptions.
• Monitor project budgets and coordinate cost reviews with business teams.
• Manage project priorities, timelines, resources, and requirements.
• Review enhancement requests and help develop business cases and high-level requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and implement appropriate IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, relationship management, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
