Account Manager (IT Project Manager/Delivery Manager)

Location: Philippines – BGC, Taguig

Work Schedule: Dayshift – FULL ONSITE

Type of Employment: Contractual (6 month-initial contract, possible absorption/extension depending on performance)

Salary: 40K-85K

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Account Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with various project delivery frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience in contract management, including Statement of Work (SOW), Master Agreement (MA), Master Services Agreement (MSA), MITA, and other related contractual documents.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• knowledgeable in ITIL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
• Strong organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Certification
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
• PMI Certification

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• IT Account Manager/Project Coordinator: 3 years (Preferred)
• IT industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Agile: 1 year (Preferred)
• Waterfall: 1 year (Preferred)
• Contract management skills (e.g., SOW, MA, MSA/MITA, etc.) : 1 year (Preferred)
• ITIL: 1 year (Preferred)
