Account Manager – IT Staffing

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned IT staffing clients.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment delivery, onboarding, workforce deployment, and ongoing account support.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• Monitor service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational performance against agreed service levels.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, service expansion, and workforce solutions.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations to support the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and service standards.

• Proven expertise in IT Staffing, Technology Recruitment, Resource Augmentation, and Workforce Solutions.

• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment delivery and account operations.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve client hiring and delivery objectives.

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technology recruitment, and the staffing lifecycle.

• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify account growth and business development opportunities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Staffing, Technology Recruitment, Outsourcing, Managed Services, or Workforce Solutions.

• Proven experience managing corporate or enterprise client accounts.

• Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, and client service delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

• GCC experience is preferred.
