Account Manager - LearnGxP

Position Overview

Burst is seeking an Account Manager to support LearnGxP clients and build strong, long-term business relationships. This role focuses on client service, account growth, communication, and coordinating solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and relationships
• Understand customer needs and provide timely support
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
• Identify account growth and business opportunities
• Track account activity, renewals, and deliverables
• Prepare client updates and business reports
• Maintain accurate account information and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in account management, customer success, or sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities
• Life sciences or GxP experience is a plus
