ACCOUNT MANAGER ON THE BENCH (BUCHAREST AREA)

What's the role? Every day will be a new challenge: you’ll be on construction sites, in offices, companies, or production plants, always at the heart of the action!

This Account Manager position is a ‘bench,’ opening, meaning that the individual hired into this position will not be assigned a specific territory in the first few months; you will focus more on on-the-job learning.

This Account Manager position is a ‘bench,’ opening, meaning that the individual hired into this position will not be assigned a specific territory until after the Hilti training period has completed. The final territory assigned for this position will be located in Bucharest area.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities, manage processes and collaborate with colleagues.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers, helping them find the best Hilti solutions for their business.
• Work in the field, testing yourself in a dynamic, challenging, and ever-evolving environment.
• Be a Hilti Champion – you’ll carry the technical knowledge to present high level customer consultations in your defined territory and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace
• Track your progress – you’ll utilize Salesforce to record all the interactions you had to make a sale as reporting is a key part of this role

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience – construction, engineering, business
• Sales experience – nice to have
• Passion and availability to learn about construction tools and innovation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactivity, ambition, and enthusiasm
• Good knowledge of English - mandatory
• A valid driver’s license - mandatory
