Account Manager - Payroll Services

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Tangerang (Bintaro) for an Account Manager – Payroll Outsourcing Services. The Account Manager will actively identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and present tailored payroll outsourcing solutions to meet client needs.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or relevant field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in payroll outsourcing or HR services
• Proficiency in understanding and presenting payroll outsourcing solutions, with a strong hunter mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and outsourcing services
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a high-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
