Account Manager – Precision Engineering

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Basic salary up $6500 + VB
• East Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with NPI, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure project objectives are achieved
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical or logistical issues
• Act as the key point of contact between customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Support precision-engineering activities involving CNC machining, micro-fabrication and metrology
• Oversee prototype development and ensure product designs are manufacturable
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-precision components and systems
• Coordinate product testing, validation and inspection
• Ensure projects meet required quality, dimensional and tolerance standards
• Prepare and present project updates, technical documentation and risk assessments to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering or related discipline
• 3–5 years or more of program/project engineering experience within precision engineering or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes and materials
• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional manufacturing teams
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
