About the role

As the Account Manager, you will oversee the development and success of the sales portfolio across Queenstown, driving growth and building strong relationships with clients. Your role involves acquiring new business opportunities, managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales portfolio covering Queenstown and the surrounding areas
• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to expand the client base
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the territory
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive account management and strategic planning

About you

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-driven, results-focused mindset with strong initiative
• Experience or knowledge of the foodservice or wholesale industry (advantageous)
• A passion for food and delivering value to customers
