Job Title: Account Manager

This is an entry-level opportunity to manage client communication and coordinate real roofing projects from start to finish. You'll work with clients, suppliers, production teams, crews, and insurers to keep roofing projects moving—from estimates and materials to scheduling, documentation and final payment. No roofing experience? That's okay. You'll learn our processes and the roofing industry while working with an experienced team.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the roofing project, keeping them informed and ensuring a smooth experience from start to completion.
2. Communicate with clients professionally and promptly via email, text, and phone to address questions, requests, and project updates.
3. Coordinate key steps of the roofing process, including lead follow-ups, estimates, material orders, production scheduling, and payment collection.
4. Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, crews, and other stakeholders to ensure project information is accurate and tasks stay on track.
5. Maintain accurate project documentation and stay highly organized to ensure deadlines, details, and follow-ups are handled effectively.
6. Build strong client relationships by being proactive, responsive, and attentive to client needs throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate / early-career professional in a technical area or applied science. Civil Engineers and Architecture fields are a plus.
• Advanced English (C1+): You'll communicate directly with English-speaking clients by email, text, and phone, so you must be comfortable communicating professionally and confidently in English.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Experience in account management, project management and/or CRM proficiency is a plus.

Additional Job Specifications

On-site Position 100%. Must reside in San Pedro Sula, or nearby.
