Account Manager Trainee

We are looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as an Account Manager Trainee. This opportunity is designed for someone who is ready to build a career in sales and leadership while gaining hands-on experience in a customer-facing environment.

As an Account Manager Trainee, you’ll work directly with customers while learning how to build relationships, present telecom products and services, and drive sales results. At the same time, you’ll begin developing the leadership skills needed to coach, support, and motivate a growing team.

What You'll Do as an Account Manager Trainee

• Meet with customers face-to-face to introduce wireless, internet, and TV products and services
• Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Develop sales skills through hands-on customer interactions and daily coaching
• Assist with customer accounts, questions, and service-related concerns
• Track individual and team performance against established goals
• Support new team members as they learn customer engagement and sales processes
• Develop the ability to coach, motivate, and encourage team members
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Communicate customer feedback and sales results with leadership
• Represent our clients with professionalism, energy, and integrity
