About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships within the recruitment and outsourcing industries. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, understand their hiring needs, coordinate with internal recruitment teams, and ensure a smooth experience from onboarding through placement and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand clients’ hiring needs, goals, and workforce challenges
• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure suitable candidates are presented
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, interviews, and placements
• Lead client onboarding and conduct regular account check-ins
• Address client questions and resolve service concerns promptly
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and introduce additional services
• Support contract renewals, negotiations, and client retention
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM
• Collaborate with recruitment, sales, payroll, and operations teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in recruitment, staffing, BPO, or outsourcing
• Strong understanding of recruitment and client service processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities
• Experience using CRM and applicant-tracking systems
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
