Account Manager/CSR

We are currently hiring Account Managers/CSR

What we are looking for:

• RIBO Licensed or in the process of getting.
• Minimum 1 year experience in insurance industry
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese & English

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advise clients, explain coverages, benefits, and claim procedures
• Enter and maintain information for new clients, or make changes as required
• Make changes to client’s policies, coverages, and remarket policies that better suit the client’s needs
• Responsible to maintain their assigned portfolios with healthy growth of business with in-house leads and referrals
• Able to handle new tasks and projects as needed.
• Regular hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
