Account Manager/Sales Representative

• Conduct sales phone calls to prospective clients to identify needs and requirements.
• Set appointments with potential clients for meetings or product presentations.
• Perform field work to scout and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain an aggressive approach in prospecting new customers and expanding market reach.
• Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements.
• Compile, complete, and submit bidding documents to prospective clients in a timely manner.
• Conduct weekly monitoring and reporting of the sales funnel, including leads, opportunities, and conversions.
• Attend to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Devise action plans and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve client issues promptly.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and in the field
• Highly proactive, driven, and goal-oriented
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
