* Payroll & Expense Tracking
* Tax Compliance & Auditing
* Bank Reconciliation
* Property Account Management
* Budget Support
The Account Officer should also have strong control over:
Property sales collections
Outstanding receivables
Project/development expenses
Contractor and vendor payments
Property-by-property profitability
Bank and cash transactions
Budget versus actual expenditure
Proper documentation and approvals
