Account Officer

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our Accounts functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be involved in day-to-day financial activities and ensure smooth coordination within the department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist in handling daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Prepare and update invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other related documents
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monitor payments / collections
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of Daily Sale Collection Report
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Maintain proper documentation and an organized filing system

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / LCCI / Accounting or related field
• Basic knowledge in accounting and administration
• Must know how to use SQL Accounting Software
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
• Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Good working attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in accounting or admin work will be an added advantage
