Account Officer

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Banking or equivalent field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections or related accounting functions. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable, invoicing, collection, credit control and account reconciliation.
• Familiar with accounting software/ERP systems; knowledge of SAP, AutoCount or SQL Accounting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, accurate and well-organised.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
