Job Description & Responsibilities

B2B Procurement & Sales: Identify, approach, and secure scrap material contracts from manufacturing plants and industrial factories.

Account Management: Maintain, nurture, and expand business relationships with corporate and industrial clients.

Market Expansion: Conduct active market research to identify new manufacturing industries with consistent scrap outputs.

Fieldwork & Site Visits: Travel directly to client sites and manufacturing plants to evaluate scrap materials, negotiate prices, and close trading deals.

Autonomous Operations: Effectively manage accounts with a high degree of independence and minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Education: Preferably a College Graduate (Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field).

Experience: Proven experience and solid knowledge in Sales, Marketing, or Procurement, specifically dealing with manufacturing industries.

Skills: Strong negotiation and corporate communication skills. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with less supervision.

License: Must know how to drive and hold a valid Driver’s License (for frequent plant visits).
