What they need
- Process and verify supplier invoices, payment requests, and related documents.
- Perform invoice matching with purchase orders and delivery/receiving documents.
- Ensure invoices are properly approved and accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process supplier payments according to agreed payment terms.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Respond to supplier and internal enquiries regarding invoices and payment status.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure payments are made on time.
- Assist with month-end closing and accounts payable reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, duplicate invoices, and payment issues.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
