Account Officer

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist in data entry, invoice processing, and managing accounts payable/receivable records.
• Perform basic reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Support the finance team during internal and external audits, including preparing necessary documentation.
• Assist in the processing and documentation of financing applications for cooperative members.
• Maintain accurate records related to membership accounts, financing disbursements, and repayments.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 1 year of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., debits/credits, basic ledger).
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and cooperative members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
