What they need
- Create, prepare, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify invoices against payments and expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Issue bills and invoices to clients and follow up on payments
- Monitor and record company expenses and financial transactions
- Process refunds and credit notes when required
- Coordinate with collection agencies regarding overdue or outstanding payments
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment status, and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting accounting activities as needed
