Account Officer

Key responsibilities

• Identifies, develops and maintains mutually beneficial relationships with clients
• Looks for new accounts and relationships that can be established
• Identifies area coverage, competitors, marketing strategies and loan packages being offered
• Conducts client calls to understand financial needs, obtain data on company operations, financials and management
• Manages existing loan portfolio, evaluates borrowings and analyzes client financials
• Monitors financial condition and viability of accounts handled
• Implements Agent Accreditation Program, including agent retention and revitalization of inactive agents
• Processes accreditation of new vehicle dealers and manages dealer retention and partnerships
• Conducts Below the Line Marketing activities including leafleting, online social media campaigns and promotional activities
• Prepares weekly activity reports, travel monitoring reports and marketing planning reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree in business studies, administration, management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or related field
• Minimum 1 year work experience in Corporate or Commercial loans for SMEs or middle-market segment
• Knowledge of Banking/Lending products and industry, Marketing, Data Analysis, Financial Monitoring and Reporting, Research and Risk Management
• Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills
• Can speak the local dialect and/or Filipino
• Action orientated with ability to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Willing to do field work, able to drive motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license
