Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain financial transactions.
• Assist with daily sales and payment reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records.
• Monitor transactions and supporting documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Support the Accountant with routine accounting duties.
• Ensure accuracy and proper filing of financial documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting or a related role.
• Previous experience in retail is required.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
