Account Officer

Role Description This full-time, on-site Account Officer role is based in South Jakarta. The Account Officer is responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring financial transactions, and supporting financing activities in alignment with company policies and procedures. Daily tasks include reviewing and validating financial documents, preparing and updating account records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely service delivery. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing clear information on financial products, and maintaining positive, professional relationships with clients. The Account Officer is also expected to contribute to risk assessment, support collection efforts when necessary, and assist in continuous improvement of operational processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Finance and ability to interpret and prepare Financial Statements .
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing financial data, evaluating risks, and supporting decision-making.
• Proven Customer Service capabilities for managing client relationships and handling inquiries with professionalism.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling financial records and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in South Jakarta and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic financial software; familiarity with banking or microfinance operations is an advantage.
• Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
