About the role

This role involves providing financing socialization and mentoring support to micro, small, and medium enterprise (UMKM) entrepreneurs as part of PNM's commitment to financial inclusion and community economic empowerment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financing socialization to prospective customers
• Perform feasibility assessments
• Conduct socialization, identification, and interviews with prospective customers
• Facilitate weekly group meetings (PKM)
• Provide mentoring and support to customers

About you

• Fresh graduate preferred
• Minimum education: SMA/K or equivalent
• Able to ride a motorcycle
• Interested in mentoring micro, small, and medium enterprise (UMKM) entrepreneurs
