Account Officer Development Program

We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals to join our Account Officer Development Program (AODP) . This program is designed to develop future Account Officers through comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and continuous mentoring.

Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree form reputable university in any major with minimal GPA of 3.00/4.00
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an Account Officer (AO), Marketing Officer, Sales Officer, Relationship Officer, Business Development Officer, or in a similar role within the Multifinance, Leasing, Banking (Lending), or Financial Services industry.
• Have initiative, and a "I Can Do" attittude.
• Proficiency in negotiation skills, selling skills, account management, and analytical skills
• Self-driven, enthusiasm to pursue excellence
• Have a great interpersonal and communication skills
• Looking for an opportunity to grow
• Willing to be placed National all branch (Kalimantan, Sumatera, Indonesia Timur)
