Role Description The Account Officer Pension is a full-time, on-site role based in Curup, responsible for managing and growing relationships with pension customers. Daily activities include identifying potential retiree clients, presenting suitable banking and pension-related products, and assisting customers with account opening, maintenance, and financial planning needs. The role involves monitoring customer portfolios, analyzing financial information to propose appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up on customer inquiries. The Account Officer Pension collaborates with branch teams to achieve sales targets, maintain high service standards, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The position requires proactive outreach, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and work with financial statements.
• Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and respectfully with diverse pension and MSME clients.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services, preferably with experience in retail or pension-related products.
• Ability to work on-site in Curup, meet targets, and collaborate with branch and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in office software and banking systems; prior experience in sales or relationship management is an advantage.
