Account Officer- Send-out

• Prepare, organize, and maintain client folders and account documents.
• Ensure completeness and compliance of client requirements and supporting documents.
• Monitor and track document submissions and account status.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding requirements and compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of documents.
• Assist in the processing and completion of account-related transactions.
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth through effective account management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related course.
• Recent graduate is welcome to apply
• Preferably with experience in documentation, compliance, records management, or account administration.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential documents and meet deadlines.
