Account Officer - Yaba

DW Packs Ltd is a fast-growing company seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized account officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, experience with bookkeeping software, and the ability to manage financial records with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete data entry and collect transaction details for incoming and outgoing bank accounts.
• Use bookkeeping software(ZOHO Books ), spreadsheets, and other databases to post up-to-date financial transactions.
• Reconcile petty cash book account
• Bank Reconciliation
• Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Maintain and monitor financial records for accuracy.
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Verify and fact-check accounting data
• Reconcile company accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software (mandatory)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Minimum of HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google sheet
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle large volumes of data.

Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
