🔥 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
▪️ Mendukung proses onboarding client dari awal hingga siap menggunakan layanan
▪️ Mengumpulkan dan memvalidasi data serta dokumen client
▪️ Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait account setup dan kebutuhan operasional client
▪️ Menangani, mencatat, dan memantau issue dari client hingga terselesaikan
▪️ Melakukan follow-up dan memberikan update kepada Account Manager maupun client
▪️ Membantu meningkatkan proses onboarding, tracking, dan dokumentasi operasional
