Position Overview

HOPERUN TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION is looking for an Account Partner - Data Cloud to manage customer relationships, support account growth, and connect clients with data and technology solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand client goals, challenges, and data requirements
• Support account strategy and business development activities
• Coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and account reports
• Monitor customer satisfaction and account performance
• Identify opportunities for long-term business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in account management, consulting, or client services
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship-building and organizational abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cloud, data, or enterprise technology is a plus
