Account Payable (AP)

We are a leading healthcare company, looking for great talent as Account Payable.

Requirements :

• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• At least 3 years of experience as Accountant (AP)

• Background in Accounting Firm or Tax Agent is preferred

• Advanced English speaking and writing skills

• Advanced Excel and other office software skills, SAP experience highly preferred

• Domicile in Jakarta

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process for Account Payable (Third parties/suppliers, employees, and inter-companies)
• Involve in audit process related to finance (eg: Audit custom, tax audit, internal and external audit)
• Prepare and monitor settlement of importation, cash advance, pre-payment and sponsorship
• Manage finance record (Concur and SAP)
• Maintain vendor information
• Reconcile VAT and WHT on monthly basis
• Conduct some trainings for new employees introducing Finance System
