Account Payable

该职位来源于猎聘 As an Accounts Payable Staff that you will be responsible for all administrative functions within AP, including invoices validation, invoice posting, and all AP payments related inquiries. Role Responsibilities:

• Perform accounts payable transactions in SAP ERP to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger and preparing reports for management
• Follow up all AP payments related inquiries such as invoices issues, PO issues, SAP issues, payment details confirmation.
• Identify and recommend improvements to accounts payable policies and procedures
• Keep good communication with all AP stakeholders by Chinese, Japanese, English Requirements: 3-6 years' AP related working experience
