Key responsibilities
- Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.
- Responsible for all accounts payables transactions and ensure they are completely and accurately recorded in a timely manner in the accounting system.
- Escalate problematic Accounts Payables workflow and issues in timely manner.
- Any ad hoc tasks when assigned by superior.
About you
- Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 1-2 year(s) of related working experience.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and details.
