Job duty:
* Process and verify supplier invoices- data entry
* Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipt
* Correct and manage Invoice Discrepancy
* Ensure all payments are approved before processing.
* Maintain accurate financial records of alleransactions.
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepar
* Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and statement
*Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
*Maintain organized filing (physical and digital records).
*Follow company policies and accounting procedures.
