Account Payable Execuitve

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, verification, and payment preparation.
• Perform invoice matching and ensure proper supporting documents are maintained.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with relevant departments or suppliers when necessary.
• Perform AP reconciliation and ensure transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and other finance-related tasks.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts payable records.
• Ensure AP transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Payable or accounting.
• Good knowledge of SAP/OA or other accounting/ERP systems.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to take on additional accounting and finance tasks as assigned by the superior.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
