Account Payable Executive (Beijing) - 应届毕业生

• Payment Management: Collect & check the payment supporting, prepare payment voucher, arrange for approval on the payment voucher and authorization in bank system, ensuring all payments including interco settlement are made on time.
• Banking related: Prepare bank weekly reports, bank balance reports, cash position; bank reconciliation; handle daily cash payments and reconcile cash on hand.
• Vendor Management: Raise request for creation of new vendor in SAP system, check the EPRF information as call back person.
• Arrange fixed deposit placement/withdraw: Monitor fund situation and balance, raise request to place/withdraw fixed deposit in time.
• Bookkeeping: Record journal entries in accordance with accounting standards and maintain the general ledger in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant Accounting experience.
• Proficiently use financial software (e.g., SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel) for data processing and analysis.
• Good command of written and spoken English for handling emails and basic documents.
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and numerically literate.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
