Account Payable Executive

Qualifications & experience

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in Accounting, Finance or similar role is required for this position
• Good understanding of accounting, financial and reporting processes
• Able to multitask, detail-minded, self-motivated and responsible person
• Able to work independently with good communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Able to handle accounts payable, full set of accounts & other accounting related matters

• Assist in month-end and year-end bank statement

• Prepare EA form & submit Form E yearly

• Prepare payment vouchers (bank & cash), sales invoices, debit & credits - checked & verified

• Ensure all monthly disbursements and claims are supported by all necessary documents

• Assist in Bank reconciliation

• Support corporate tax submission such as prepare audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization
