verify, track, and process incoming supplier invoices and payments accurately, ensuring the organization maintains healthy cash flow and strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, proper authorization, and tax compliance. Perform 3-way matching (comparing invoices to purchase orders and receiving goods notes).
• Payment Processing: Prepare and issue electronic payments (ACH, wire transfers), checks, or credit card batches. Monitor payment terms to avoid late fees or miss early-payment discounts.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly vendor statements and general ledger accounts to identify and resolve missing credits, duplicate billings, or price mismatches.
• Vendor & Internal Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for vendor payment inquiries and coordinate with internal procurement or department heads to fix disputed items.
• Month-End & Audits: Assist with month-end and year-end closing by preparing AP aging reports, accruals, and audit documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable or bookkeeping experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in enterprise accounting software or ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks,Tally or MS Dynamics) and strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, time-management abilities, and clear written/verbal communication

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
