Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and team development? We are hiring a Manager II, Accounts Payable to lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and champion continuous improvement across our global finance organization.

The Role

In this hybrid leadership position, you will oversee AP Invoice Processing, Payments, and Intercompany operations while partnering with regional and global leadership. You will lead a team of supervisors, drive automation, optimize working capital, and build a high-performing finance shared services culture.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop AP supervisors and operational teams.
• Drive Procure-to-Pay (P2P) continuous improvement, automation, AI solutions, and system optimizations.
• Manage key metrics including invoice cycle times, GRNI balances, payment accuracy, and hold reductions.
• Oversee internal controls, SOX compliance, and policy governance.
• Act as the primary escalation point and trusted partner for global business units, procurement, and suppliers.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 6–8+ years in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, with 5+ years managing leadership teams.
• Technical Expertise: Deep experience with large-scale ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Esker) and automation tools.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation, manage change, and optimize shared services.
