- Melakukan pencatatan transaksi hutang usaha ke sistem.
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi invoice dengan purchase order (PO) dan receiving.
- Menyiapkan pembayaran kepada vendor sesuai jadwal jatuh tempo.
- Melakukan monitoring dan update status pembayaran vendor.
- Menangani dan melakukan follow-up terkait selisih atau kendala invoice.
- Menyiapkan laporan Account Payable secara berkala.
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi saldo hutang dengan laporan vendor.
- Menjaga kerapian dan kelengkapan arsip dokumen Account Payable.
