Account Receivable (Billing) Contract Management, Shared Service

ABOUT THE JOB

As Contract Management (Billing) Coordinator you provide contract management support to the designated entities within the shared service department. These tasks are performed in the ERP system (i.e. SAP) and other digital platforms such as Microsoft tools.

WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT

You will be supporting our business by being responsible for:

Contract management

• A-Z management of rental contracts
• Paraphrasing the terms/conditions of contracts into ERP system and enforcing the right workflows within the software environment
• Processing In/Out of rent documents
• Performing invoicing tasks and ensuring price details match the written contract agreements
• Performing periodic indexations, discounts and adjustments
• Archiving of all contracts and changes orders
• Controlling of rental data integrity and consistency
• Providing rental invoicing matters with commercial team and work on improvement
• Supporting Implementation and development of contract management system
• Issue credit notes where applicable
• Keep the different departments informed on local, regional and group level informed on queries/clarifications/provisions of invoices and contracts.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP S/D sales and distribution module is a plus.
