Account Receivable

Overview Accountants (Insurance & Account Receivable) is to ensure that the company’s Sales are paid accurately and on time. This involves processing invoices, verifying income, reconciling accounts, and communicating with customers to resolve any discrepancies. They typically report to a Senior, supervisor or manager and work with other departments within Intercare.

Responsibilities Daily

• Clear AR from insurance client work closely with insurance team to get enough document of cash receipt to clear in both Quickbook and Excel
• Do summary outstanding balance (patient share, uncover amount , reject amount..) and pass to insurance team/billing team for claim from patient
• Follow up and Consolidate Outstanding balance listing with insurance team to make sure all outstanding are collected.
• Work closely with Finance team to clear AR in Excel and input proper reason of all transactions.

Monthly

• Reconciliation AR QB and AR excel listing.
• Reconciliation Insurance listing with QB.
• Follow up AR claim from Insurance team
• Follow up claim AR from patient
• Review AR long outstanding and chasing payment to get payment within the credit term.

Ad-hoc-OMH

• Deal with operation and implement work flow of AR
• Other tasks assign by Supervisor/Manager

QUALIFICATION

Required Skills And Knowledge

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, account AR, and reconciliation
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, outstanding balance practices.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and daily tasks completion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and senior management.

Required Work Experiences

• At least 1-2 year’s experience working as accountant role preferable for healthcare environment or similar filed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
