Account Receivable

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Receivable (AR) professional to manage the company’s receivables and ensure accurate and timely billing, payment monitoring, collection, and reconciliation. The role will work closely with internal departments and customers to maintain accurate receivable records and support effective cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payment due dates.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding and overdue payments.
• Maintain and monitor Accounts Receivable Aging and collection reports.
• Record and reconcile customer payments with outstanding invoices.
• Perform regular reconciliation of receivable balances and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding billing, payment, and collection matters.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Prepare regular reports related to accounts receivable, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting activities as required.
• Ensure all AR transactions are properly recorded in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform other duties related to Accounts Receivable as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Finance, or a related position.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Experience in billing, collection, payment monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems or ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and responsibility in handling financial information.
• Experience in property, retail, hospitality, or other service-related industries is an advantage.
