What they need
Ø Prepare invoice, record accounting entries, and arrange billing in accordance with the scheduled billing cycle.
Ø Record accounting entries related to customer payment and verifying the revenue received.
Ø Prepare daily and monthly sales summaries and summarize outstanding accounts receivable balances on a weekly basis.
Ø Prepare the monthly Accounts Receivable Aging Report.
Ø Prepare the monthly Output VAT Report (PP.30)
Ø Verify and record other incoming receipts as they occur.
Ø Prepare accounts receivable report for management and related departments.
Ø Prepare outstanding accounts receivable reports for PKG and Deposit customers.
Ø Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting the annual stock count and asset count (approximately 1-2 times per year).
