Account Receivable

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
2. At least 1 year of experience (fresh graduated are welcome to apply).
3. Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill.
4. Have professional integrity, good personality, and able to work independently as well as part of team.
5. Proficient in Ms. Office (have SAP knowledge is a plus).
6. Possesses Brevet certificates and any other relevant certificates is a plus.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor company's Account Receivable.
2. Conduct billing and follow up on payments in a timely manner.
3. Coordinate with related department regarding billing data.
4. Prepare AR Reports and aging schedules on a regular basis.
5. Ensure accuracy in all billing activities.
